Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We understand that each situation is unique and our goal is your complete satisfaction. If within 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note, you will be required to pay shipping charges if you want an exchange or refund that was not the error of Flavor Purveyor. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.Â
